JungleMUX Technical Conference

Created in 1997, The JungleMUX User Group (JUG) was established to communicate collective feedback from utility customers to the JungleMUX R&D engineers and manufacturing. This is a closed, customer meeting, and utility companies must actually own JungleMUX equipment, or have an active PO to purchase the equipment, in order to attend the meeting. Networking is a key component of the JungleMUX Technical Conference. Customers share information on communication applications, network configurations and make recommendations to each other on how best to deploy the JungleMUX in their utility networks. Governed by a set of by-laws, a voting procedure was established which enables our customers to provide GE Digital Energy with a Top 10 list of new features and fixes that the customers collectively wish to have addressed. This way, the product has evolved to meet our utility customer's unique, critical communications requirements.
