L60 Line Phase Comparison Relay


The L60 is an advanced phase comparison relay intended for application on overhead transmission lines, including series compensated lines, and high voltage underground cables of any voltage level. Both three pole and single pole tripping and reclosing schemes are available. As part of the Universal Relay (UR) Family, the L60 offers unparalleled digital protection and control.

Embedded Ethernet Switch Module - Reduces the overall cost of creating an Ethernet network by eliminating the need for external Ethernet Switches
Enhanced Front Panel - New Vertical amp; Horizontal Front Panel provides:
- Larger, bright display
- User-Programmable Pushbutton option - 16 on horizontal, 6 on vertical
- Easy labeling of LEDs and Pushbuttons
- Ability to remove power supply without removing door

Security Enhancements - Enabling NERC CIP compliance:

Double Point Breaker/Switch Status - Breaker and Isolator Switch status using two inputs to determine status and is available in DNP3.0 and IEC61850 protocols
Tripping without Logic - Allows for direct tripping from protection elements without the need for configuring Flexlogic Equations
