MDP Overcurrent Protection (Discontinued)

The MDP is a digital non-directional overcurrent relay that protects against three phase and ground faults. Time overcurrent relays are used for the protection of feeders, transmission lines, alternating current machines, and for many other applications where accurate measurement of current and timing are necessary. The MDP relays have control inputs and outputs that can be used for a zone interlocking scheme. Remote control and monitoring of the breaker enables control room breaker operation.
