Make four copies
of the "Commercial Invoice" and staple these to the air
waybill. Please state:
- "Canadian
goods being returned to manufacturer. No commercial value, value
is for customs purposes only."
This is very important.
- The value
of the reparation.
- Description,
quantity, value of product.
- Full address.
- Name of consignee.
- Phone number.
- Certificate
of origin.
- Packing lists
(weight/dimensions).

This is the fastest, most fail-safe method to return relays to us.
They look after all details, including customs clearance. This method
is fairly expensive, especially for heavier shipments (over 10 pounds)

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (MULTILIN'S (MARKHAM) FREIGHT
FORWARDER) - Very economical for larger shipments (over 10 pounds),
however, this method can be slow (1-2 weeks)
