This course will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the procedures needed to install, confi gure and maintain a TN1U SDH Multiplexer system. The course begins with a review of the SDH Multiplexer standards and then proceeds to cover the hardware and confi guration methods for all interface units and how to interpret all of the alarm messages to assist in maintenance and troubleshooting.

Technical staff responsible for the maintenance and operation of the TN1U or TN1Ue equipment will benefit from this course.
