Key Course Objectives
Identify controls and indications and configure hardware options such as jumpers
and serial input connections.
Locate and replace field replaceable components such as fuses.
Describe the operation of the software used in the iBOX product family.
Identify iBOX software components and demonstrate their relationship to hardware,
to each other and to the ConfigPro configuration system.
Copy configuration databases to and from a PC.
Create new and/or edit existing configuration databases.
Download and upload configuration databases using the ConfigPro configuration
system.
Using the WESMAINT and Monitor maintenance utilities, verify correct operation of
the iBOX, diagnose operational problems and test and commission the iBOX before
placing in service.

Prerequisites
In order to successfully understand the course material, completion of the following
prerequisites are recommended:
An understanding of RTU and SCADA concepts.
A working knowledge of PCs and Windows.
