ALPS Advanced Line Protection System

ALPS is a multi-function digital protective relay system intended to
provide distance protection for HV or EHV transmission lines. It may
be applied on or adjacent to series compensated lines. It is available
for single or three phase tripping applications. Typical operating
times are to 1 cycle.
